We count olefin polymerization catalysts, air & moisture sensitive early and late transition metal complexes, and advanced precursors used in Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) and Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) applications among the variety of organometallics we produce.

Specifically, our early and late transition metal organometallic compounds include:

We provide high quality transition and lanthanide building blocks. Halide and other anionic ligand containing compounds such as those containing metal amide & metal alkoxide ligands are also available.

We can supply a large array of amide and alkoxide compounds, and have the ability to produce amides such as TDMAT [Tetrakis(dimethylamido) Titanium], and metal alkoxides such as HTTB (Hafnium Tetra-t-butoxide). Production of anhydrous Lanthanum containing salts, and other useful inorganic building blocks are within our capabilities.


Custom-function materials and complex architectures used in formulations and to build value-added products

We produce intermediates used to prepare polymers, dyes, pigments, inks, and other ultra high purity materials. We have many years of experience with the multi-step synthesis necessary to produce these materials.

We also specialize in the supply of high quality ligands and ligand building blocks for a variety of metal complex catalyzed processes. Many customers have called on us for the scale-up and commercial manufacturing of cyclopentadiene derivatives including alkylcyclopentadienes, indenes, fluorenes and fulvenes derived from these cyclopentadienes.

Organophosphorus ligands such as diphenylphosphinoferrocene (dppf) and many other phosphporus containing ligands and late transition metal complexes from these ligands are also available.
